Tips for Recording:
Download the Insta360 app
If you are only planning to record videos for Instagram, I do not recommend filming in 5K quality, as a single video size might exceed 20GB. If you do not have enough space on your mobile device, you may need to delete many files to import the 360 file. Instead, try using 1080p or 4K.
I also recommend keeping recordings under three minutes at a time, as shorter clips are easier to edit.
